Nordic Walking

There are various types of Nordic walking. One example involves taking extra long steps. This type of is not ideal for your joints and back. We advocate a different type of walking at a quicker pace and with shorter strides. This variation puts significantly less strain on the joints and back and, when practised in kybun shoes, helps to strengthen the fine deep inner muscles.

kybun shoes are built in such a way as to minimise wear and tear on the soles. However, the heel area may wear out somewhat faster than otherwise if you take extra long steps. kybun AG does not take responsibility for such types of wear and tear and only honours the guarantee if the shoes have been worn for regular use with shorter steps. However, the more important reason for taking shorter steps is that it facilitates a healthy gait and good posture.
