I tip everyone off. It's really an absolutely brilliant shoe. Especially in our branch, where you look out for your health. We learn to be in a relaxed posture and all the tension you have is passed on to the horse. If your energy doesn't flow through any more, there's no flow to the horse either. That's why it's important for all therapists working with horses or people to maintain perfect posture.

For my TV appearances I'm on my feet for about two or three hours. From that point of view it's sensational if I can stand on an air cushion. I always have to find my balance a little, which is much more pleasant.
